Elevate U is a respite program for young adults (18-21 yrs.) with developmental disabilities/delays and their friends! This integrated program gives folks a chance to socialize and build lasting friendships with peers while engaging in activities they enjoy!

It will occur 12/26/17 thru 12/29/17 and 1/2/18 thru 1/5/18.

Register by November 27th
