At Continuum, it is our goal to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live a meaningful life; whether that is helping someone land their dream job, live independently in an apartment, going on vacation, or getting out to catch someone’s favorite artist in concert. Increasingly, it has been difficult to sustain a talented and reliable workforce that can provide these services due to gaps in government funding.
Your donation will go directly to helping us increase our talented workforce and increase our programs’ reach to people who need our services.
With your generous gift of $50/month, Continuum of Colorado is able to provide 210 hours of group program activity services or 29 hours of personalized 1:1 activity services.
