Home and Community Support

Personal Care, Massage Therapy, Music Therapy, Movement Therapy, Respite, Community Connector, Homemaker, and Mentorship services for children and adults with I/DD.

Day Activities

Opportunities for adults and seniors with I/DD to engage in personalized activities on-site and/or in the community.

Seniors Choice

Providing a safe and supportive environment with trained and caring staff to seniors of all abilities.

Non-Traditional Day Activities

Individualized activities available days, nights, and weekends to people on the SLS and DD Waivers (SIS Level 5 or higher or Tier 3) in a 1:1 or small group setting.

Supported Employment

Our Employment Consultants and Job Coaches work with people to promote independence in all aspects of their job. From job hunting to benefits planning, we have tailored services to support people in their employment journey.

Benefits Counseling

Certified Benefits Counselors help those entering the workforce navigate benefits and income to build a career without losing necessary services.

Residential
